Ethan is in Washington D.C. this week with members of the Executive Board for AGC!
The board had the opportunity to meet with South Dakota Senators Thune and Rounds, and Representative Johnson and discuss important issues such as workforce development, immigration reform, project labor agreements, PFAs, maintaining taxes and jobs act, which affect the construction industry.
He reports that they all have been very receptive and intend to either initiate or further support existing legislation to help!

Did you know, back in 2004, our very own Dale Grimm helped Reptile Gardens load in Maniac?!
It took an extra-large fork lift to get the massive crate and crocodile weighing over 1 ton out of the truck and lifted into position for his release into his new home. It’s been almost 20 years of Maniac at Reptile Gardens. You can read the full story of this crocodiles trip from Australia to South Dakota at the exhibit on site!
We’re proud to have participated today in the Rapid City Construction Career Camp at the Central States Fairgrounds!
We poured 50 yards of concrete with 200 students from local Rapid City Area High Schools. Tomorrow we'll pour another 50 yards with 200 more students from outlying schools.
Congratulations to Lukas on graduating from the AGC Western Dakota Tech Construction Career Academy! We’ve enjoyed having you as part of the team this summer.
