In order to accommodate for their immense growth in business over the years, Flooring America in Rapid City called on the construction experts at SECO Construction Inc. to help effectively grow their building footprint with the construction of a large, open warehouse space and facelift to its preexisting façade, landscaping. Providing ample space to showcase Flooring America’s product, our work not only helped improve traffic flow throughout the property, but also gave the business the ability to show off a new, sophisticated look without disrupting the existing building design. Utilizing CMU walls with a bar-joisted roof, this $1.05 mil project added 7,800 square ft. to Flooring America’s footprint and has since allowed the business to stock significantly more material to allow for faster distribution.
