Liberty Superstores

Back to SECO Projects | Back to Commercial Category

Converting a preexisting local dealership to a new flag was the name of the game for Liberty Superstores. As they were looking for the right construction team to carry out their vision, SECO Construction was a no-brainer! Converting the dealership into Liberty Hyundai Mazda required updating colors and signage to national dealership standards, on top of a dramatic renovation of a building that had several prior additions to achieve design conformity – all while working to repurpose as many items as possible. This 25,000 square foot project came in under $700k, providing unprecedented value for Liberty Superstores, which directly correlated to an even greater impact on the highly popular sales corner of Cambell St. and Highway 44 in Rapid City. Now operating businesses on three of the four corners of this busy intersection, Liberty Superstores has never been busier.
