The Pennington Title Company project provided the Owner with an elegant updated building appearance that increased their space and provided them the ability to service more clients. SECO Construction completed remodel and addition using a negotiated fixed-price contract. Work was accomplished while being sensitive to the owner’s business needs and remaining open and fully functional throughout construction. SECO provided design input that was well received and implemented by the Owner so the business could still operate efficiently. The project received a Master Craftsmanship award for exemplary interior architectural woodwork and also features a complicated composite panel parapet systems.
