These projects provided the two primary Rapid City High Schools with the capacity and ability to serve a growing number of students and to provide a wider array of food choices. These Fast Track construction projects updated and renovated the kitchens, serveries, and cafeterias at both high schools during the school’s summer break. The projects involved new electrical and mechanical systems as well as new interior architectural finishes and coordination of new food service equipment.
