Working in collaboration with the Rapid City Area School District and the YMCA, our team played an integral role in the $8.3 million renovation of the old Black Hills Corp building in downtown Rapid City, which has been converted to the Rapid City Education Center. Working in tandem with the Rapid City Area School District and YMCA, our skilled team of construction and design experts efficiently completed this highly impactful project with the goal of providing both businesses with the ability to better provide educational services to our community’s youth. Despite a crunch for space in this large vertical renovation, our work was completed on schedule, to the great satisfaction of the community.
