The City of Rapid City Parks and Recreation Department maintains hundreds of acres of park space including the “Greenway” developed after the 1972 flood. In order to accomplish this task, the department needed additional space for maintaining the equipment required to service this large expanse of park area. SECO built a new 3,000 square foot wood framed clerestory maintenance shop to address this need.
