Dr. John Kharouf had a rapidly growing orthodontic practice that was quickly overwhelming his leased space. He needed more room and better flow for his clients. Dr. Kharouf engaged SECO Construction with a negotiated contract to provide design review and construction services for a new 4,300 square foot clinic. SECO helped resolve design details and construction methods to minimize expenses during construction. The clinic features high-end interior architectural woodwork and stunning design elements influenced by Japanese architecture. Soothing colors and materials put clients at ease during their appointments. Dr. Kharouf spent ten years in Japan for military service and incorporated Japanese design elements into the construction of his new facility including a handcrafted shoji screen wall and Japanese Garden.
