Unkenholz Family Dental was looking for a permanent home and purchased the property at 716 Quincy Street in Rapid City. SECO Construction was engaged using a fixed-price contract to upgrade the building envelope and perform a complete interior remodel. The goals were to: modernize the exterior, create spaces for staff and patient comfort, increase the use of technology, add a working laboratory, and provide training space as part of the staff lounge. The facility features exposed structural elements, modern finish materials, advanced technology infrastructure, and a very functional floor plan designed around existing structural elements.
