This construction project provided the Owner with Deadwood’s only “Las Vegas” style buffet allowing them continued dominance of the highly competitive buffet dining segment. A 5,400 square foot complete remodel of the basement at the Silverado Casino converted the space into a buffet and eatery. The construction project included removal and replacement of the concrete floor in the kitchen to facilitate new underground plumbing; new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; new floor and wall coverings; new ceilings; radiused and tiered gypsum soffit systems; and interior architectural woodwork.
