This Design-Build project provided the owner a new 7,000 square foot, turnkey truck wash and lubrication service facility. The project is located near the intersection of major highways to facilitate access for tractor-trailers to reach the facility. Covenants required use of earth tone exterior finishes and hidden mechanical features to comply with city codes.
